Discover the Location of the Elusive Rotor Blueprint in StarRupture

As you improve your relationship levels with the corporations in StarRupture, you’ll need to make ever-increasingly complex materials to meet their demands. What started out as mere ores turns into bars, wire, sheets, and eventually rotors and tubes. Unfortunately, however, you won’t be able to make all of these from the beginning. When it comes to the rotor, you’ll need to unlock the recipe from the Recipe Station in your base, and along with some other materials, you’ll need the Rotor Blueprint in StarRupture. Here’s where you can find the Rotor Blueprint, so you can continue crafting away.

Where to Find Rotor Blueprint Location in StarRupture

The Rotor Blueprint can be found northwest of your base in somewhere called the SMB ‘Purple Haze’ outpost. The easiest way to find it is to look for what looks like a damaged satellite or array sticking out of the top of a crater on the horizon. I’ve included a screenshot of what it looks like below so you know where to aim for when leaving your base.

When you arrive here, you’ll need to make your way to the back of the outpost, which would be its west side, if we’re talking compass directions.

This outpost is absolutely teeming with enemies. Make sure you bring plenty of ammo for your weapons, and make sure your Medtool and Grenade are fully charged as these will come in particularly handy if you find yourself getting overwhelmed.

After clearing out the base, look for the only double-storey building at the back of the outpost. To get inside, head around the back side (west-facing side of the building), and climb the rocks just next to it. These will bring you to the top of a cliff face, which you can jump from and through the open roof of the building.

The Rotor Blueprint (as well as the Tubes Blueprint) can both be found in the blue container on the second floor of this building. Make sure that you’re searching each floor as you drop down as there are plenty of handy materials that can be analyzed for Data Points, as well as bits of lore and other consumable items that’ll be useful for future expeditions out of your base.

Another word of warning here. As soon as I picked up the blueprints from the container, another wave of enemies spawned outside the building. I’d recommend leaving the first floor door shut until you’re done looting, and then make a break for it as soon as you’re ready to go.

Once you’ve got the Rotor Blueprint, return to your base and interact with the Recipe Station. Open the Fabricator section of the station’s menus and submit the blueprints for each recipe. As long as you have the required Data Points and other materials, you’ll be able to unlock the recipes which can then be used at your Fabricator.
