Endless days and nights of protecting Super Earth, and Helldivers are still going strong. However, it’s also important to acknowledge the Helldivers who had to sit this one out! Though we’re sure they’re on Super Earth in spirit. The Helldivers 2 community recently showed its softer side when the players offered their sincere support to a young Helldiver stuck in the hospital. This player may have missed out on the invasion, but Helldivers reminded them they were still an important part of the community. We love seeing Helldivers being wholesome.

A Young Helldiver Missed Fighting on Super Earth due to Being in the Hospital

You never know what could happen. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes you might miss something you were looking forward to. However, in these moments, the support from your community can mean a lot.

One Helldiver had an unfortunate medical emergency, so they had to sit out on all the exciting things that happened over the past several days. Still, they are still in high spirits, so they shared an update on Reddit.

The player in question, kripton_failure, noted: “Good news Helldivers, if my infection is still decreasing by tomorrow, then I’ll be out of the hospital and able to assist defending Super Earth. You have all done so much for me when my appendix burst and trapped me in this hospital, you spilled much Squid blood and fought so hard. But hopefully soon it will be my turn to do the same. Hold fast, divers”.
