Albion is already decorated for the Lunar holidays, but there is more. A Lunar New Year Login Event is about to go live in The First Descendant, offering some free goodies, and, most importantly, a lot of free Void Abyss Metal Fragment.
Nexon has been generous these last few months, hosting events and giving out free stuff left and right. The winter festivities have officially ended, with Anais’ Winter Festival being the last. Now, the Lunar New Year is taking over, and we already saw the jaw-dropping new skins. But that is not all. A new Login Event is about to go live, celebrating the Lunar New Year in The First Descendant, offering some handy rewards.
The First Descendant – Lunar New Year 2025 Login Event
On January 24, Nexon announced that a new event was about to start, in celebration of the Lunar New Year. It is a Login Event, meaning that you gain rewards simply by logging into the game. And the rewards are pretty cool, but the cherry on top is the 1000 Void Abyss Metal Fragments. These collectibles are already notorious for being hard to get in sufficient quantities, so this event really came at the perfect time.
The event is divided into three two-day sections. Logging in during each of them, if we understood correctly, will grant you the event rewards. The sections are:
- Friday, January 24, 11pm PST – Saturday, January 25, 10:59pm PST.
- Sunday, January 26, 11pm PST – Monday, January 27, 10:59pm PST.
- Tuesday, January 28, 11pm PST – Wednesday, January 29, 10:59pm PST.
The rewards for logging in are:
- 1,000 Void Abyss Metal Fragment
- 1 Day Gold Boost (30%)
- 1 Day Kuiper Shard Boost (30%)
- 1 Day Descendant EXP Boost (30%)
- 1 Day Weapon Proficiency Boost (30%)
