“He’s Everywhere” Venom Twerked His Way Into the Hearts of Marvel Rivals Players on April Fools’ Day

“He’s Everywhere” Venom Twerked His Way Into the Hearts of Marvel Rivals Players on April Fools’ Day

Oof, what a chaos! As it was previously leaked, the new Venom emote was released in Marvel Rivals on April Fools’ Day. However, hardly anyone expected for this emote to spread as fast as it did. It seems that the players are thoroughly enjoying twerking together.

The New Venom Emote Arrived on April Fools’ Day

Several days ago, the official Marvel Rivals account on X confirmed that the new emote was coming. The devs offered some additional information. As the leaks suggested, this emote is an additional reward for all the players who finish Galacta’s Cosmic Adventure. The emote will be available for all eligible players to claim from March 31 at 5 PM (PDT) to April 3 at 5 PM (PDT).

The devs stated: “Because nothing says ‘cosmic chaos’ like watching your hero bust a slimy move on the battlefield. Complete the challenge. Claim the emote. Dance like the fate of the galaxy depends on it. Don’t let this one wiggle away”.

The Symbiote Boogie emote won over the community in record time. Venom is already well-known among the players for his, um, voluptuous figure, but the new emote took this to a whole new level. If you haven’t seen the April Fools’ Venom in action in Marvel Rivals, you can do so below or here. He is dancing to one of Luna Snow’s signature tracks.

Some Marvel Rivals Players Claim This Emote Could Have a Big Social Impact

According to some players, the Venom emote could have a big impact on the community. First of all, since the launch, the devs have tried their best to keep this game wholesome. And they’ve done a magnificent job.

However, some players pointed out that the twerking could be misused. As you know, the majority of team-based shooters can get quite crude, with the devs even including various offensive emotes. Marvel Rivals hasn’t been like that so far, so some players are concerned that this fun emote could be a turning point.

Another interesting thing is that this isn’t the first time we’ve seen twerking in Marvel. However, when She-Hulk did it in “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law”, it wasn’t received nearly as well as the Venom emote. Was it just the context, or something else?

We’ll let you decide that on your own. As for the time being, enjoy the new emote and the new “Fanta Venom”. Galacta’s Cosmic Adventure is slowly coming to an end, so if you haven’t finished it yet, now is the time. Enjoy, and see you out there.
