To find the Carousel in Expedition 33, reach Act 2 when you’re heading to Old Lumiere. Go to Monoco’s Station in the snowy region’s center, where you’ll unlock the final playable character.

Pass the Grandis Fashionist and turn left at the back of the building to be transported outside. Follow the pathway on the left to uncover the Carousel. If you need to rest or upgrade, there’s a rest flag from Expedition 51 at the entrance. From there, walk straight ahead to start the Grandis’ side quest.
