Dandelion puffs and cotton and among the most important resources you’ll get your hands on in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time’s early game. Although you’ll find more advanced materials later, dandelion initially serves as a crucial component for armor and weapon crafting.

How to make Dandelion Cotton in Fantasy Life i

Making Dandelion Cotton requires starting or changing to the Tailor Life. If you didn’t start as a tailor, you can change your Life through the Guild Office shortly after advancing partway through Fantasy Life i’s Chapter One storyline. Once you become a tailor, you can make one Dandelion Cotton for every three Dandelion Puffs you have on hand.

Alternatively, you can purchase some from the Eternia Village General Store for 80 Dosh. Although it’s relatively inexpensive in small amounts, buying dozens or hundreds of this resource will quickly eat up your cash.

Where to find Dandelion Puff in Fantasy Life i

Creating Dandelion Cotton requires getting your hands on Dandelion Puffs. You can purchase this resource from the general store for 30 Dosh per item or harvest it in the wild around Eternia Village. In particular, you’re looking for small plants with a white puffball on top.

Although these aren’t guaranteed to give you Dandelion Puffs every time you forage them, the odds are much higher than with other plant types. Similarly, harvest other plants usually gives you various weeds and flowers rather than Dandelion Puffs.

Dandelion Cotton is a crucial resource in the Tailor and Blacksmith Lives. In particular, you’ll need it to make the following armor sets, among others:
