There are so many places to play in NBA 2K26 that it’s easy to get lost even in this year’s shrunken-down city, and MyCourt is one area that players are having trouble setting up. You can invite friends and AI-controlled NBA players to MyCourt in NBA 2K26, but the process isn’t as straightforward as you’d think.
Most things in NBA 2K26 are handled in their own dedicated menus or apps on your in-game phone, but MyCourt invites work a little bit differently. Since MyCourt is treated as a mostly solo space where you can practice shooting without the pressure of the Park, it’s a bit tricky to get other players involved. Here’s how you can invite friends to MyCourt in NBA 2K26.
How to Invite Friends to MyCourt in NBA 2K26
To invite friends to MyCourt in NBA 2K26, you first need to head to MyCourt after loading into MyCareer. Just enter the big building marked “MyCourt,” and you’ll be taken up to your private space.
From there, approach the MyCourt kiosk with a glowing green triangle on the ground in front of it. This will give you the chance to take MyCourt online and allow friends to join. You can directly invite friends from this menu as long as you’ve added them to your 2K friends list, and you can also choose to invite AI players if you want to fill the court with NBA all stars.
There are a few 2K challenges associated with MyCourt, so you can get a few rewards for inviting people or AI players.
You can also customize other aspects of MyCourt from this kiosk as well, such as the floor and wall murals. It’s not as extensive as the custom court creation you’ll find in MyTeam, but it’s a way to get Shai Gilgeous-Alexander off the wall if you’re tired of seeing his face.
MyCourt only supports up to six total players (including yourself), so you’ll have to take the party to other NBA 2K26 game modes if you want to hoop with a bigger group. If you’re okay with just a small get-together, then you can play some casual three-on-three pick-up games in MyCourt without having to worry about interruptions from other players with too much time or money on their hands.
