How to Play With 24 Players in RV There Yet

This year has been amazing for indie games, and the new co-op hit RV There Yet? is already getting a lot of love. In this game, you and your friends have to drive your RV back home through the tricky roads of Mabutts Valley.

You can totally play it solo, but it’s more fun (and a lot easier) when you are with friends. Playing alone means you’ll have to handle everything yourself, which makes things quite a bit tougher. Having said that, like PEAK, this game also has a limit on how many players can join a session. A lot of players have been wondering how big a group you can actually have, so let’s go over how many people can join in RV There Yet?, along with a few other things you should know.

Max Player Limit in RV There Yet

RV There Yet? is off to an amazing start, and it’s no surprise that players want to hit the road with their friends. Right now, the game supports up to four players in multiplayer, which means you and three friends can team up and take on the chaotic trip through Mabutts Valley together.

The devs also shared in a Steam FAQ that they’re open to community feedback about the player limit. So, while four is the max for now, there’s a good chance it could change later if enough players ask for it. They seem open to improving the co-op experience, so we might see new multiplayer options and more maps in future updates.

Increase Player Limit With the MoreRVers Mod

By default, RV There Yet? only lets four people play together, but there’s a mod that changes that. It’s called MoreRVers, and you can find it on Nexus Mods.

With this more players mod, fans can have up to 24 players in one game. But keep in mind that things might get a little laggy with too many people. For the best experience, it’s usually better to keep it around eight players.

How to Play RV There Yet With Friends

Once you are in the main menu, click on ‘New Game.’ Then, create a lobby and start the game. To play co-op, you must be friends with other players on Steam. You can keep your lobby private with the ‘Invite Only’ option if you only want certain friends to join, or make it open to your friends.

Right now, RV There Yet? doesn’t have public lobbies. This means that players can only play co-op with people who are already on their Steam friends list. After you start your game, you can go to the menu and click on ‘Invite Friends’ to invite them.
