Ines May Be Easier To Unlock in The First Descendant Than Expected

When we finally got some details about Ines, the fans weren’t way too happy when they heard that they’d have to go through a lot of Void Vessel missions once more, to get her research materials. A lot of them resorted to simply purchasing her. Void Vessel missions are cool, but enough is enough. However, it turns out that Ines may be easier to unlock in The First Descendant than we all expected.

When Season 2 went live, we got Void Vessel missions. It is there where the research materials for Keelan and Fellows can be found. Nexon even fixed the final rewards chest, to allow for more variety. And even though Void Vessel missions are fun in their own right, replaying them hundreds of times will prove tiresome for anyone. And when fans found out that research materials for Ines can only be found in Void Vessel missions, very few of them were happy about it. But, things may not be as bleak as we expected.

“Just a Few Hours” The First Descendant Players Say That Getting Materials for Ines Proved Easier Than Expected

Ines Raya has just joined the roster of selectable characters in TFD, and a lot of players swiped (ie, paid) to get her, not wanting to bother with tedious farming once more. But, more and more players report that getting Ines the usual way, ie farming for her research materials, proved to be quite simple and fast.

Blueprints and materials for Ines can only be obtained in Hard Void Vessel Missions (Keelan’s have been moved to “normal” Void Vessels). She needs a unique material called Neuromorphic Chip, only found in containers throughout Void Vessels. But here is the best part: Neuromorphic Chips can only be found in Broken Containers, ie, those that do not require a key to open, albeit only 0-2 per box.

So it all boils down to speedrunning through these Vessels, opening all the “free” chests, and defeating the boss at the end, to get the blueprints. The drop rates are not that low either.

Once you get all the Blueprints, you can skip the boss fights and simply restart the mission once you open all the chests. The players report that it only took them a couple of hours to farm all of her materials and blueprints. “She is a really easy farm. Pity Targeted her [Blueprint]. Got everything in like 7 runs.” said Karamethien, and “She is easiest to get, took me about 3 to 4 hours to complete her all materials” added No-Sentence-1415.

Of course, it all boils down to RNG and luck, but thankfully, getting Ines is way simpler than we were all afraid it would be. Good luck!
