“It Must Be a Part of a New Mission!” The Latest Leaks of a New Vehicle Raise Hype in the Helldivers 2 Community

Helldrivers will rise once more! Even though the FRV was well-received, we hardly ever see it in missions. Still, the players have repeatedly asked for more vehicles, and it seems that Arrowhead will deliver. According to the latest Helldivers 2 leaks, a new vehicle was found in the game files. The question is – what is it for?

Leaks Offer a Sneak Peek at a New Vehicle

The past week was quite exciting for Helldivers! The new update brought new enemies, weapon customization, plenty of good balancing decisions, and, most importantly, some hope for the future. On top of that, the devs announced a very exciting change to the Galactic War system, the DSS is being reworked, and the player even received a first look at fighting on Super Earth.

Well, the hype has been raised to a whole new level with the latest leaks. Asunderknight, a well-known leaker, shared a look at some sort of cargo car found in the game files. They added: “Anyways, this is the cargo car, not much is known about it, but it has fully working animations and has driving animations, so it could potentially be drivable. Whether we drive it or an AI does is unknown”.

Helldivers 2 Players Are Excited About the Cargo Car Leaks

Naturally, the Helldivers 2 community was smitten by the leaks of a new vehicle. Especially since a cargo car seems like quite a specific choice the devs made. So, it could possibly have a role in some new mission.

Dizzy-Chemical-8771 suggested: “A mission where you have to drive a tanker full of e710 to a depot would go so hard”. Hundreds of Helldivers loved this idea. Another player, tomatonuc9, added: “Maybe some sort of convoy mission like in Helldivers 1, now with a truck instead of a train”.

Of course, there could be several variations of this concept. Empress_Draconis_ noted: “I was thinking earlier a civilian escort mission on Super Earth could be cool. You have to follow a similar layouts to the exact missions, but you have to drive a big transport vehicle to a SEAF emergency shelter instead”.

One thing is for sure – the players are in for a treat. Some rumors claim there will be another update on May 20. So, maybe we’ll get to drive these bad boys quite soon.
