“J.O.E.L Is Throwing Us a Bone!” Helldivers 2 Community Urges Players to Complete the Bekvam III Gambit

As it turns out, it might not be too late for the Helldivers to complete the current Major Order! Things have been looking bleak, but J.O.E.L gave the players a way to make up for the lost time. If the Helldivers 2 players want to use this unexpected opportunity, they’ll have to unite and finish the Bekvam III gambit, as soon as possible.

Could the Bekvam III Gambit Save the Major Order?

If you play the game regularly, you probably know that the latest update introduced some very cool novelties on the bot front. For example, the new Strider Variant, urban environments, and the Incineration Corps.

However, instead of letting the players have a field day on the bot front with the latest Major Order, J.O.E.L made the players choose between defending a bunch of players from Automaton attacks and killing 1,2 billion Terminids. Obviously, this is quite a hard choice to make.

At the time of writing this article, around two days in, Helldivers have made hardly any progress. On the bot front, they fended off just one attack out of eight needed. On the bug front, they killed less than 20% of the bugs needed to complete the goal, meaning they’d need a bit more than 4 more days to complete this option. They have three days and seven hours left.

Well, Helldivers were pleasantly surprised when they noticed J.O.E.L gave them a way to make up for the planets they lost to Automatons. Three attacks were launched from just one planet, Bekvam III. Duma Tyr, Julheim, and Charon Prime were all attacked by the Automaton forces on Bekvam III. So, liberating Bekvam III will automatically stop all three of these attacks. Thus, Helldivers will make huge progress with the bot option of the MO.

All Helldivers to Bekvam!

Helldivers 2 community is calling all available divers to join them on Bekvam III so that they can complete the gambit together. An opportunity like this one doesn’t present itself very often, so Helldivers want to use it. Naturally, Helldivers started campaigning for this plan on social media.

Rubbershark007 noted: “Gambit at Bekvam!! We currently have Julheim (18) and Charon Prime (14) linked currently with the DSS liberation component almost completed. It seems possible that we could try and gambit for both and destroy the second incendiary corps ship”.
