Last Wish Safe Codes in Dying Light: The Beast (Grave Location)

Dying Light: The Beast has a ton of side quests which fleshes out the stories of other NPCs that Kyle meets along his journey. One of these side quests becomes available mid-game, which sends Kyle in search of a music box to fulfill a request from an old lady called Iris. However, things won’t go as straightforwardly as the objective, as players will also need to find Iris’ husband’s grave and figure out the safe codes in the Last Wish side quest.

How to Start the Last Wish Side Quest in Dying Light: The Beast

Players can start the the Last Wish after completing the “Some Like It Dark” quest and unlocking the Exiles Cave save zone in Dying Light: The Beast. Once you’ve completed the quest, you’ll be acquainted to different exiles who have similar powers to Kyle Crane, albeit different in nature.

Inside the cave, head to the lower portion, and you’ll meet up with Amelia, who’ll be looking over a sick lady called Iris. Since there’s an “exclamation mark” symbol on her head, you can proceed to talk to Amelia to start the Last Wish side quest. This would require Kyle to first reach Iris’ house, place flowers on her husband’s grave, and then retrieve a music box for her.

Iris Husband’s Grave Location in Last Wish Quest

Once you accept the Last Wish quest, head to the location until you spot a house surrounded by zombies. To make finding Iris’ husband’s grave easier, simply use the exterior of the house to climb to the roof.

Once you’re atop the roof, look towards the trees with golden leaves to the right.

Head to the area marked in the image above to finally stumble upon Iris’ husband’s grave and place the flower on it to complete the first objective of the Last Wish quest in Dying Light: The Beast.

Retrieving the Music Box for Iris in Dying Light: The Beast (All Last Wish Safe Codes)

The next objective in the Last Wish side quest you’ll need to complete is to find the music box and retrieve it for Iris in Dying Light: The Beast. To do that, you’ll need to head back over to Iris’ home and climb over from the east side to see a boarded-up window. Break the wooden planks with a weapon and enter Iris’ house.

The door to Iris’ room is right in front of you, but it’s locked, and you’ll need to find a key. Thankfully, players can find the key for the room by simply heading down the stairs and looking over the table to the right.

Inside the room, you’ll find a couple of things to collect, and a locked safe placed up on the bookshelf. The safe is locked with the code nowhere in sight. After checking in with Amelia, she’ll direct Kyle to check into Iris’ husband’s store in the Old Town.

So, now you’ll need to follow the quest marker and reach Iris’ husband’s store inside Old Town. Enter the store using the little crawlspace underneath the main door. Make sure to eliminate all the zombies inside before using the lockpick to unlock the door behind the cash register.

The door leads to the store’s back office, where players can interact with the journal on the desk to find out the code for the locked safe in Iris’ house. However, after returning to the house, the safe will be stole, and now you’ll need to find where it went.

After tracking the thief’s footprints, players will come across a warehouse and will be able to see armed enemies inside via Kyle’s beast sense. You can enter the warehouse through an open window right atop conveniently placed boxes.

Inside, there will be some thugs that you’ll need to defeat before coming across three different locked safes. Here are all the safe codes and combinations that you’ll need to unlock the safe in Dying Light: The Beast Last Wish side quest.

Once you’ve retrieved the music box for Iris, return to the Exiles Cave safe zone and hand over the item to Amelia. This will mark the Last Wish quest in Dying Light: The Beast as complete and players will be rewarded two Service Manuals and a lot of XP for leveling up.
