The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) website has revealed details of the upcoming latest action-adventure Mafia title by 2K, Mafia: The Old Country, including gameplay mechanics and much more.

Regarding combat, the website notes, “Combat is accompanied by realistic gunfire and cries of pain. Blood-splatter effects occur as enemies are killed; blood pools are depicted under bodies.” It also reveals that there are stealth mechanics in the game, allowing players to take down enemies by stabbing them from behind and more. Furthermore, 2K Games has also announced that the official gameplay trailer for Mafia: The Old Country will premiere on May 8.
Mafia: The Old Country is available to wishlist on Steam and will launch for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. As of now, no official release date has been announced by 2K, but based on previous trends, the game is reportedly set to launch on August 8.
