Everyone loves new content, right? Well, Marvel Rivals fans are quite lucky when it comes to getting fresh content, as the devs have been adding some practically every week for the last three months. The latest additions were the Costumes for Loki and Storm. Both costumes look wonderful, the designs are simply amazing. However, some Marvel Rivals players have noticed that the Loki Costume might get one killed.
The Presidential Attire Costume Could Get Loki in Some Trouble
The new Loki Costume arrived in the early morning hours on March 14. The Presidential Attire bundle is currently on sale and it costs 1600 Units. The design is very fancy and simply wonderful, with emerald green being the the dominating color.
Well, some players think that this Costume might be asking for trouble! You see, parading as a president might lead to an assassination. Furthermore, some players took it upon themselves and recreated some of the historically important moments. Freelancer_Mac noted: “New Loki skin came out, sadly it’s a magnet to headshots”.
Naturally, this prompted a lot of players to share their conspiracy theories. K1795 noted: “Look, all I’m saying is: there’s no definitive proof that it wasn’t a clone placed there as a decoy. What if it was all a setup created by the Asgardian royal family? For what purpose? I don’t know, but that’s beside the point. Do we really know who the shooter was working for? I’m just asking the hard hitting questions nobody else seems to. Can you prove to me that I’m 100% wrong? Exactly. Open your eyes, people”.
Marvel Rivals Players Appreciate Every Costume the Devs Create
Now, all Loki jokes aside, Marvel Rivals community truly appreciates all the effort that the devs put in each and every Costume. Also, many pointed out that since it was possible to earn the Units in the game, Marvel Rivals truly was a free to play game.
Critical_Maximum7728 stated: “Is it just me that genuinely only ever cared about cosmetics in this game? The devs really cooked with the skins and made players feel like the character they play even more”.
Another player, AsianSteampunk, added: “Gotta give them credit for their own renditions of those skins too. They are very nicely executed. Just look at the Marvel Avenger game skins. It coulda been just that”.
