New week, new skins! Marvel Rivals developers have announced that the Moon Knight and the Black Panther are the recipients of new Costumes this week. Peni Parker mains will have to wait a while longer for a new Costume, unfortunately.
The Costumes for the Moon Knight and the Black Panther Are on Their Way
On March 24, the devs announced this week’s Costumes on the official X account. The announcement read: “Attain glory by any means necessary! Seek your revenge with Moon Knight’s Fist Of Vengeance and Black Panther’s Thrice-Cursed King costumes. Embrace the fury of Dracula’s curse and use your yearning for vengeance to ignite the battlefield! Available: March 27 at 7:00 PM PDT! The power of the night will shred your opponents”.
As always, the developers also shared the images of the upcoming Costumes. We have to admit, they did not disappoint. Both the Fist of Venagnce and the Thrice-Cursed King Costumes look amazing.
Marvel Rivals Players Love Getting New Costumes
Unsurprisingly, aside from Peni mains, the rest of the Marvel Rivals community was quite excited about the Black Panther and the Moon Knight Costumes. So, players gladly raved about this week’s additions.
Moon Knight’s new skin caused quite a reaction in the community. Not only did he already get a skin fairly recently, but this Costume is the one from the MCU. In other words – Moon Knight mains are having a field day.
CdtCharles explained what made this Costume alluring. They stated: “MCU Moon Knight leans into the Egyptian aesthetic really hard while Rivals (and comics) MK is just white & black military-grade armor”.
Some other players admitted to becoming Black Panther mains the moment they saw his new Costume. There was one thing the players agreed on. One player, bigbossofhellhimself, noted: “RIVALS, STOP COOKING, PLEASE, MY FAMILY NEEDS TO EAT”.
So, are you going to treat yourself this week? We can’t wait to try these skins out! Sure, we are disappointed that Peni was once again excluded, but we’re sure the devs have heard the players’ pleas and they’ll deliver something cool, as they always do. Enjoy the game and see you out there.
