“¡Mui Caliente!” WickedWhims Comes to inZOI, Making the Game a Little…Naughty, and Fooling Us All [April Fool’s]

It was a matter of time before we got some really spicy mods. It only took them five days, and now we have the WickedWhims mod for inZOI, turning the wholesome experience into something, well, not meant for everyone.

Ever since the release, Krafton has been in constant communication with inZOI players. They even removed the infamous Denuvo, allowing everyone to do with the game as they please, intending to encourage modders to add to the game, with cosmetics, emotes, and other appropriate content. However, such is the nature of humanity that we will try to turn everything into “adult content” as soon as possible, and not even inZOI is safe from it. The mods that remove the blur when ZOIs are indecent have been with us since the beginning, but now, there is a mod that goes one huge step beyond. 

InZOI Got Steamier and NSFW, Thanks to the Spicy WickedWhims Mod

WickedWhims started as a mod for The Sims, created in 2016. It is not surprising that it proved popular and now, as the “Sims competitor” has been released, TURBODRIVER (the creator of WickedWhims) has made a similar mod.

Wicked Whims for inZOI was released on April 1, 2025 (with many players taking it as an April Fools’ joke), and it is accessible for everyone.

As you’d imagine, it allegedly adds a whole new layer to the game, allowing you to make your ZOIs nude with a click of a button, with no blurs and censorship getting in the way. It even expands the animation and options when your ZOIs want to get freaky. It is illegal for the company to officially put explicit content in the game, but the modders can do as they please. Krafton even made modding as easy and as accessible as possible. One would wonder whether this was intentional, knowing full well what publicity mods like this would bring.

The “best” part (depending on how you look at it) is that installing the WickedWhims mod is extremely easy. Just go to the official website, where you will see the simple instructions on how to install it. Note that you first need the inZOI Mod Enabler for this and any other mod.

While all of this sounds…spicy, it turns out that this is indeed an April Fool’s joke, masterfully constructed by TURBODRIVER. It all looked so legit that we all fell for it. Turns out, the download link takes you to a YouTube video, playing you, and us, for fools.
