The Arc Raiders “On The Map” quest takes place entirely in Spaceport, and will have you triangulating a location by going all over the map. While the game has previously required you complete objectives like this in the same round, this one doesn’t need to be, so if you get knocked at any stage of the quest, you’re able to jump straight back into where you left off.
Here’s the full “On The Map” Arc Raiders quest walkthrough and exactly where you need to go for each objective.
‘On The Map’ quest steps in Arc Raiders
There are five steps to “On The Map”:
- Head to where the Fuel Lines snapped, and transmit your location.
- Head to the antenna near the Fuel Control, and transmit your location.
- Head to the cactus patch in the wall breach, and transmit your location.
- Transmit your location from the roof of the Container Storage building.
- Find the container covered in tarp, and mark it.
Here’s where you can find all four locations, followed by the container to mark at the end of the quest.
Where to find where the Fuel Lines snapped
Fuel Lines is actually a named place of interest on Spaceport, in the southern part of the map, directly south of the Departure Building. Go to the very middle of the long pipes, directly underneath the words “Fuel Lines” on the in-game map, and you’ll spy a prompt to triangulate position.
Where to find the antenna near Fuel Control
Fuel Control is another named location, so head there next. Unfortunately, it’s not exactly close to the Fuel Lines; you have about a 500m trek to get there, northeast of the Launch Towers and right next to Rocket Assembly. Outside the western door, there’s a huge satellite tower with another prompt to triangulate position at its base.
Where to find the cactus patch in the wall breach
Next up, go southeast from Fuel Control, to the huge wall breach between Rocket Assembly and Container Storage. It’s the bigger wall breach to the south, not the small one right next to Rocket Assembly. You’ll see a cactus patch with another prompt to triangulate position in the center.
How to get to the roof of the Container Storage building
Container Storage is just a stone’s throw from the cactus patch, and on the eastern side of the ground floor, you’ll find a zipline heading straight to the roof. Use it and you’ll exit right next to the final place you need to triangulate your position from.
Where to find the container covered in tarp
Finally, take the zipline back to the bottom of Container Storage and you’ll find a plain white crate, elevated at an angle amongst the wreckage around it. Climb onto one of the metal beams and you can spray some Leaper graffiti on it. How wonderful.
