One Piece Episode 1167 Preview

The One Piece anime returned from a long break with yet another immense episode. The episode was divided into three segments, each of which focused on a particular Yonko and their current whereabouts. Shanks arrived on Garter Island, where he met the Barto Club. This particular One Piece crew were responsible for shooting down the flag of the Red Hair Pirates on the island, which was a sign of disrespect. Naturally, Shanks couldn’t let it pass.

What ensued was a serious beating that left Bartolomeo and his crew in a sorry state. To make matters worse, one of the Shanks’ underlings tried to coerce Bartolomeo into giving Luffy poison. However, Bartolomeo devoured all the poison because he couldn’t bring himself to betray Luffy. Eventually, it was revealed that Shanks was just testing Bartolomeo’s loyalty, and shortly afterward, they were allowed to go free. However, Yasopp was not ready to let them go so easily, so he shot and destroyed their ship, leaving Barto Club’s fate unknown. It was certainly interesting to see the other side of Shanks. Blackbeard Is Back In Hachinosu

One Piece Episode 1156 also revealed that Blackbeard had finally made his way back to Hachinosu after taking Law’s Road Poneglyphs.
