The PGA Tour 2K25 release date is February 28th, 2025, far sooner than we anticipated. 2K unveiled the game recently, followed by a secondary announcement featuring release dates, early access information, editions, and pre order details. The cover stars include Tiger Woods, the legendary golfer and PGA Tour 2K Executive Director, Max Homa, a six-time PGA Tour winner making his series debut, and Matt Fitzpatrick, a two-time champion and 2K-sponsored athlete. Woods will feature on all editions of the game, including the exclusive Legend Edition.

2K has officially confirmed that PGA Tour 2K25 will launch worldwide on Friday, February 28, 2025, with early access available on Friday, February 21 for players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition or Legend Edition. This marks a significant shift from previous release patterns. For context, 2K21 launched in August, while 2K23 arrived in October.

PGA Tour 2K25 platforms & crossplay info
It is a certainty that PGA Tour 2K25 will be available on the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, however, whether or not 2K supports the older Xbox One and PS4 is unknown. While crossplay tends to be left out of some of the best sports games, such as WWE, there is a strong chance we could see PGA Tour 2K25 get this feature. 2K23 was originally limited to the same platform multiplayer, however, developers made crossplay available in an update – we hope to see more of the same in this year’s edition.
