Secluded Springs, the next major expansion in Pokémon TCG Pocket, is all set to go live during the last week of August, and players will have a whole set of new cards to collect.

Thanks to the official trailer, we already have a fair idea about the cards for the upcoming expansion. The new expansion will arrive less than a month after introducing us to the Wisdom of Sea and Sky set. While the upcoming expansion could be slightly smaller regarding available cards, you can find three legendary Pokémon staples to the Johto region.

The Pokémon TCG Pocket Secluded Springs expansion will be released worldwide on Aug. 28, and the exact launch time will vary slightly based on your residence. The developers will follow the same schedule as previous expansions, and the following countdown is based on it. While the expansion goes live on July 30, certain players in the US will get it a day early on Aug. 27 (those situated on the western coast).

  • 11pm PT(Aug. 27)
  • 1am CT
  • 2am ET
  • 6am UTC
  • 7pm AEST

Once the countdown above strikes zero, the expansion should go live. Don’t forget to update your in-game client to access all the new items.

Speaking of new cards, we already know what we’ll see in packs as part of the expansions. The new expansion will center around the trio of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune. All three will have standard and full-art EX items that you can hope to find from packs.

The trailer also gave glimpses of a few other Pokémon who will be part of the set. Phanpy and Milotic are guaranteed alternate art versions, while Mantyke, Slugma, Latias, and Latios will be present in the packs.

We will have a complete list of all available cards once the expansion goes live on Aug. 28. Unlike the last expansion, Secluded Springs will have only one pack, so it should be easier who like to “collect ’em all”.
