Games that are themed around Chinese mythology and tradition are starting to get more and more popular, especially with the success of Black Myth: Wukong. And Phantom Blade Zero is just like that but with a slightly darker tone. It even won the Most Anticipated Game of the Year, at the UCG Game Awards 2024. It looks like some folks had the privilege of testing out Phantom Blade Zero. For example, Andy Cortez, a popular host of Kinda Funny has posted a short video that shows him actively playing Phantom Blade Zero.
“I’ve played Phantom Blade Zero for about 20 minutes. It didn’t take that long ‘cause I’m really got at it. But it’s real! I will talk about it soon on the Gamescast.”
On that last note, he also posted: “Can’t wait to talk about it on the @KindaFunnyVids Gamescast!” This probably means that we’ll be hearing more and more about Phantom Blade Zero from various content creators very soon.
