It’s been less than two weeks since the Battle for Super Earth ended, and the most democratic planet of all is under attack again! This time, the pesky bugs used the opportunity and attacked. Naturally, Helldivers 2 players were called to stop the Terminids, but the Major Order actually sends them to planets near Super Earth, including Alta V and Crucible. So, if they want to complete this MO, they’ll have to prioritize fighting on these planets.
The Latest Major Order Sends Helldivers to Protect Super Earth… Indirectly
On June 10, mere hours after the players failed the previous MO, a new one arrived. As always, a briefing arrived alongside, explaining what led to this attack. After all, this is only the second attack on Super Earth in recent history.
The briefing explained that massive bug outbreaks erupted in several Super Earth cities. This means that the citizens who survived the Battle for Super Earth are now in even bigger danger.
The briefing adds: “SEAF urban garrisons on these planets are operating at significantly reduced capacity. Only skeleton forces remain, the rest having been withdrawn to aid the defense of Super Earth. They are being overrun”.
Naturally, Helldivers have to act fast and protect all citizens. The MO asks the Helldivers to hold five planets of great importance when the MO ends. The planets are Crucible, Volterra, Alta V, Caramoor, and Inari. Helldivers have almost a week left until the MO ends.
The Majority of Helldivers 2 Players Are Fighting On Crucible
At the time of writing this article, Crucible and Alta V are under attack. However, players will have to make a hard decision and focus on fighting on these planets to protect Super Earth. So, forget about fighting other factions and focus on these five planets.
Now, that might become a problem at some point during the MO, as even now, the players can’t agree which planet to prioritize. As time passes, it’ll be harder and harder to coordinate. Unfortunately, some players even want to fail the MO on purpose, as they believe that would lead to fighting on Super Earth.
The good news is that the majority of Helldivers 2 players understood how crucial this Major Order was, so they’re fighting on Crucible. Around 60k Helldivers are already there, so let’s join them! Next stop – Alta V. For Liberty and Super Earth.
