The Plethora forces can’t be defeated, only delayed. You must make fast decisions to balance resources, protect citizens, and extract VIPs who can give you technology to help with the escape. As cities fall, your mission becomes more urgent and you will need to learn from each failure to increase your chances.

Terra Exodus pushes you to plan ahead. You can unlock permanent upgrades that make it more possible to evacuate an entire city before time runs out. Can you lead Terra through its darkest period?
