The February Livestream With The First Descendant Devs Has Been Announced

It’s been a while since the last The First Descendant livestream, and now the time and date of the February edition have been announced.

Livestreams are Nexon’s most popular way of communicating with their audience. They use it to showcase the upcoming changes and improvements, and they usually leave some time in the end to answer the fan’s questions, a short Q&A session, if you will.

The last major update added Ines, Void Erosion Purge missions, and Weapon Core Unlock mechanics, but they held the players’ attention only for a short while, and generally, the players started looking for fun elsewhere. The current player count is at its lowest, and the recent changes to Void Erosions are not helping. But, we may get some answers just yet, as Nexon revealed the time and date of the next devstream.

The First Descendant First February Livestream Is Right Around the Corner

On February 6, Nexon announced that another livestream is on the way, right before the next big update, scheduled for February 13.

The first TFD livestream in February is scheduled for:

  • Monday, February 10, 6pm PST
  • Tuesday, February 11, 3am CEST or 11am KST/JST

The devs said that we’ll get a sneak peek into what’s coming, but the fans hope they will provide answers to some of the glaring issues. The first is the changes they made to Void Erosion Purge missions, and the second one is the change they made to Ines’ default outfit. It looks like a lot of players really have issues with it, as the original announcement is full of comments like “Fix Ines Raya. I didn’t like the redesign they did to Ines Raya. I want the Original Ines that we saw in Albion before her release as a playable character…” said MossiTube, and “..A lot of people are not happy with the changes you’ve made and they don’t like the fact you’ve tried to get away with this by quietly changing it and hoping people wouldn’t notice.” added nyts90.

On a positive note, the fans expect to see some sneak peeks of the upcoming Hot Springs skins. The dev livestreams are always great fun, so we hope Nexon has prepared something cool for us to see.
