We are slowly getting there. The First Descendant Season 3 pre-registrations reached the 200k milestone.
To hype the players up for Season 3, Nexon added the pre-registration feature. The more registrations for Season 3 we get, the more and better rewards we’re going to get. That is a pretty cool idea, especially since the ultimate reward is a free Ultimate Descendant (Ajax, Viessa, or Lepic) for everyone who registered. The bad part is that Nexon has set the requirement of one million pre-registrations for the ultimate reward. Naturally, everyone is skeptical, but as it turns out, the numbers are rising slowly but steadily. We have reached 200k pre-registrations for Season 3 of The First Descendant, so is it getting to one million possible? Well, the players are still a bit skeptical.
The First Descendant Season 3 Pre-Registrations Reached 200k
Nexon has announced that pre-registrations for Season 3 have surpassed the 200,000 mark, marking a significant step towards the ultimate goal. While TFD devs have set the target to be 1 million registrations, hitting the 200k milestone shows that there is hope, as small as it is. As we remember, they are offering some in-game goodies (like ever-popular Catalysts), as well as a free Ultimate Descendant, if we manage to reach the 1m goal.
TFD’s official X account shared the update earlier today, thanking players for their support and teasing even more rewards.

One Million Registrations Is Still Far Away
Even though we have reached 200k registrations, that is only 20% of the required number for the ultimate rewards. Knowing the state TFD is currently in, with the number of players and all that jazz, the fact that we have reached 200k pre-registrations is a win in itself. But getting to five times that number is next-to-impossible, or so the players claim.
“Just give all preregistered fans u still have all rewards… i’m afraid we won’t hit 1m…” said Lilly13595, and “Guys you’re not reaching 1M. Let’s be realistic with what can be achieved??” added MikeTrickster. Season 3 is set to go live on August 7, giving us approximately three more weeks, which is not much. “We’re not gonna reach 1 mil its almost August,” stated another player.
With some time still left before launch, all our eyes are now on whether the campaign can keep this momentum and hit that quite optimistic seven-digit target. Nexon’s going to need a final sprint to the finish line.
