Each planet in The Outer Worlds 2 has not only its own social problems, but also useful services you can look for depending on what you need. Got hurt after fighting some Protectorate soldiers? Look for an autodoc to heal you and get some charges for your inhaler. Running out of bullets? Check for the nearest workbench to craft more of them. And if you have the money, you can also ask for a vendor or a doctor to help you out.
