It’s crucial that Hades and Princess Aurora are level 10, and you have completed all the princess’ quests, especially the Dreams and Dark Designs quest in DDV. If dreamers follow the mentioned steps, the Two Flames United should trigger automatically once Aurora’s quest is done.
Next, open the mailbox and claim a letter from Scrooge McDuck. Apparently, a Magic Quill has invaded his shop and is asking for taxes. Go there and help him, then immediately go to Chez Remy.
The Quill there requests that only Greek food is served at the restaurant. To appease it, make a Grecian Baked Fish by combining the following ingredients in DDV:

Return to the Lorekeeper to make sure everything is according to plan, then pay a visit to both villains. This will end The Two Flames United quest in DDV and players are rewarded the Dark Fairy Ensemble.
