Democracy protects! And so do the Helldivers. The players are trying their best to come up with the best strategy that would help them protect all the young adults waiting for their demise. So, how will the Helldivers 2 players save everyone attending the Good Citizen Andrews’ School on Julheim?
Is Julheim Safe?
The latest Major Order presented the players with a new trolley problem. This is the second time the bots want to attack a planet with children and a planet where mines are being developed concurrently. The players have to choose between saving the “moderately feeble young adults” on Julheim, or finally getting the Gas Mines on Duma Tyr. The choice was obvious from the very start – Helldivers will always save the children.
This won’t be an easy feat! Let’s start at the beginning. Both Julheim and Duma Tyr are under the control of Super Earth. Both of these planets are connected to Bekvam III, the planet the bots have tried to take over. J.O.E.L probably wanted Bekvam III to be a buffer planet. It was meant to grant the players some time to decide whether they would defend Julheim or Duma Tyr. So, once Bekvam III fell, the attacks on these two planets would start from it.
However, Helldivers probably surprised everyone when they successfully defended Bekvam III. At the time of writing this article, neither Julheim nor Duma Tyr are connected to any planets currently under attack. Does that mean that they’ve already completed the MO? Not even close! This fight is far from over.
As you can see in the picture below, Charon Prime is under attack. If this planet falls, the bots will probably attack Charbal VII and gain another way to get to Julheim. By the looks of it, Helldivers will have a stressful couple of days.
Helldivers 2 Players Have Various Strategies
As you may have expected, the Helldivers are completely up to the task. Once they realized Bekvam III would be liberated, Helldivers 2 players started making elaborate strategies on how to keep Julheim safe.
These ideas started off simple, players suggested defending Charon Prime. Others cursed at players who didn’t join the most recent Martale liberation effort. If you’re up to it, it still isn’t too late to liberate Martale.
But, we digress! So, many players offered their best ideas. In our opinion, CherryEarly7550 came up with one of the most complete ones. This player focused on keeping Charon Prime and Bekvam III free of bots. They suggested sending the DSS with the active Orbital Blockade to Charon Prime. Thus, Charbal VII would be safe. Also, if Bekvam III was attacked, the DSS could easily be moved to it, and the players should be ready for new attacks.
Another player, Careless-Sense-82, elaborated: “We just park the DSS’s fat a** on top of Charon Prime so they can’t invade Charbal for 24 hours with the bonus active, and keep defending Bekvam from the invasion daily. If we can somehow take Charon Prime with the DSS active it would be good, but we both know Joel is gonna reinvade Bekvam in like 12 hours before we can even get close to taking Charon”.
Truth be told, we love seeing the community working together. If you plan on diving, you’ll find us on either Charon Prime or Bekvam III. Let’s save those young adults together, and who knows, we might even get the Gas Mines as well. For Liberty and Super Earth.
