What are we all playing this weekend?

It is said that all people of culture spice the nectar of their leisure by seeking out peculiar and invigorating company, that they may burgeon and prosper from their example. I, on the other hand, like to start my days off by soliciting opinions from some total barmpots to remind me that I’m pretty normal, actually. On which note, it’s time to talk about our weekend gaming activities.

By the time you read this I’ll be away on my Japanese honeymoon, which I assume will be largely gameless. Unless I try, I dunno, pachinko or something. See you in June, when I’ll be back working extra hard to fund my new pachinko addiction. .

I’m going to give Lynked: Banner Of The Spark a go. It launched on Steam this week and I had previously written it off as just another action-RPG with a combat to crafting loop. Now, having watched several streams of it, I see that I was right, but also that I want to play it because it looks like all the interactions feel good.

I’m going to catch up on the latest skull-bubbling oddity from Oma Keeling. They’ve made some sort of football game while learning to use Coppercube. Beyond that, there’s the demo for Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon and one or two embargoed things.
