I’m fresh back from my holiday with the family, and I miss my cats already. My partner and I will therefore be beelining to the local cat cafe, and spending hours there meowing at some very unimpressed-looking furry faces. But first, I’d very dearly love to know what everyone else will be getting up to this weekend. Here’s what we’ll be clicking on!

I’m one of the sickos who really loved the original Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, warts and all, so I’ll be carving out some time to try Bloodlines 2 at some point. It doesn’t look like the sequel I envisioned, but the sequel I envisioned did include sexy mafia vampires brooding in unergonomic but very cool leather jackets, and luckily that still seems to be the focal point. Aside from that, I think I’ll nervously stew on dialogue decisions in Dispatch. I don’t want legally distinct Supergirl to think I’m lame…

No videogames for me this weekend, just hopefully quite a lot of sleep.

This week the ordeal that comes with setting up a new house continues; the name of the game is “We Ordered This Bespoke Furniture From Some Bastards Who Made It The Wrong Size, Now What Do We Do?” You know, I never played the game House Flipper, but maybe I should check it out. Oh, and I suppose I’ll also be putting some time into The Outer Worlds 2, which incidentally has an “Innovative” trait that lets you jury-rig stuff together with supreme craftsmanship – a skill I do not have in real life.

In the aftermath of lots of Outer Worlds 2ing, I’ll probably give myself a bit of a break from space rompage. I’ve dipped my toe into Escape From Duckov and my emails tell me the new Katamari’s just hit Steam. They’ll do.

The groove left on Nic’s favoured branch of the RPS treehouse still remains as concave and unyielding as ever.

I’m going to be almost exclusively playing the closed technical test for a certain aesthetically distinctive upcoming extraction shooter. In the little cracks and crevices of free time between those sessions, I’ll probably end up watching videos and Megabonk-ing my way through the weekend.
