The next PlayStation State of Play seems to be coming next week, and we believe in it from the bottom of our hearts.
Okay, heart jokes aside, PlayStation’s State of Play is one of the most anticipated gaming events of today. It is where we get all the official news and announcements concerning upcoming games and everything else PS-related. The date of the next State of Play is a hotly debated topic. The first rumors stated that it was supposed to happen near the end of January, and obviously, they proved false. However, NateTheHate, a reliable insider, made some comments alluding that the State of Play will be in February. Well, the month of February is here and Nate made some more indirect comments about the next State of Play.
The Next PlayStation State of Play Probably Coming Next Week, According to NateTheHate
The fans just can’t wait for the next State of Play, as we all expect that it is when Sony will finally reveal the release window for Ghost of Yotei, as well as some more info on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Marvel’s Wolverine, and more.
As previously mentioned, NateTheHate commented that the next State of Play will be in February. During a recent discussion on X, one user, named Nefarious Boi, asked: “Is the first State of Play of the year still coming in February?”. When Nate replied positively, Nefarious Boi asked for some more details, to which Nate answered: “What does your heart tell you?”
It is obvious that Nate cannot give us direct answers just yet, but clever fans are adamant that Nate’s answer means that the next PlayStation State of Play is coming next week since that’s when Valentine’s Day is. The most romantic holiday is happening on Friday, February 14, so chances are that State of Play will be held during that week. The last one was on Tuesday so there is no rule that it must be held on the weekend. Any day goes. If this proved true, State of Play is only a week away!
