Where to Find Mushrooms in Arc Raiders

Once you start extracting, leveling up, and finding new items from scavenging and looting, you’ll be able to start upgrading the potential of Scrappy the Rooster back at the main menu. Eventually, you’ll need to find some mushrooms to keep the upgrading going, and this Arc Raiders guide will show you two spots where you’re bound to find some.

Mushroom Locations in Arc Raiders

Dam Battlegrounds Map

Just remember that items like Mushrooms can spawn randomly, but there are some locations where they are almost guaranteed to show up.

The first spot in Dam Battleground where we found mushrooms is at the Hydroponic Dome Complex north of Water Treatment Control. It’s a high loot value location with Nature, Industrial, and Security types of items. If you go over to the southwest corner of this area, you’ll find a rather large facility with some rectangular pools of muddy water.

Here, you have a chance of finding mushrooms growing along the edges. However, it shares a spawn location with Great Mullein, so it won’t always be there. Still, if you’re starting on this side of the map, it’s a great place to look first.

Now, for the second mushroom location, you can check out the busted-up robot in the Wreckage area (just southwest of the Testing Annex and east of a Scrap Yard). We specifically found one on a fallen tree log behind some wreckage.

And if you want a third spot to hunt for mushrooms in Arc Raiders, you can walk around the South Swamp Outpost/Old Battleground locations on the west side of the Dam Battlegrounds.

Some players report finding mushrooms on trees and logs in the area. By visiting each of these spots during a run, though, you’re bound to find at least one mushroom. And if not, then you need to start praying to the RNG gods.

Spaceport Map (Guaranteed Location)

The best location to find Mushrooms in ARC Raiders is on the Spaceport Map, near the Trench Hatch East. It’s located in the northeastern part of the map, and the area is relatively safe, away from any hostile raiders. To be safer, you can always carry a Raider Hatch key with you, so you can quickly extract out of the zone after acquiring the Mushrooms.

Once you spawn into the match, make your way to the Raider Hatch location marked on the map above. Once you arrive here, you’ll spot a slope going downwards into the bottom section of the area. Follow the slope below the platforms, and you’ll come across a tree with three Mushrooms growing out of it.

Simply harvest the Mushrooms, place them in your Safe Pocket, and either take the normal extraction out of the area or simply use the Trench Hatch East, which is close by. Either way, you’ll always find Mushrooms here every match, unless another raider has already harvested them.
