Xbox has announced their big summer showcase, followed immediately by an Outer Worlds 2-focused Direct. And they just happen to line up on the final day of this year’s IGN Live, so come join us for live coverage of the Xbox Showcase, and more! In other news, Hades 2 will be a timed console exclusive for the Switch 2. The game will also come to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, but PlayStation and Xbox users will have to wait a bit. And finally, the Switch 2 GameCube controller might only work on GameCube Classics titles from Nintendo Switch Online. Bummer, if you were hoping to play Smash Bros. Ultimate with the new GameCube controller, but then again, it might work and Nintendo is just covering their bases just in case.
