Haruka, a girl who suddenly appeared before Kiryu, had come to Kamurocho searching for her mother, Yumi, whom she had never met. Filled with a longing for her mother, Haruka shared crucial information that brought them closer to the heart of the case. Kiryu, pursuing Yumi’s whereabouts, visited The Florist of Sai, the legendary informant who held all of Kamurocho’s secrets. Kiryu faces a fierce battle with Majima, pressure from within the police force, and the ambitions of his best friend Nishikiyama, whom he reunites with after ten years, and finds himself drawn deeper into the vortex of conspiracy.
