Wuthering Waves 2.3 characters and rerun banners revealed

Kuro Games has officially announced all the characters and rerun banners for the upcoming Wuthering Waves 2.3 update. The rerun banners will include 10 limited 5-star characters in the game as part of the anniversary Resonator Convenes.

Wuwa 2.3 characters and rerun banners

Phase I

Here are all the characters who will be featured on the first phase banners of version 2.3:

• Zani (5-star Spectro)
• Lumi (4-star Electro)
• Taoqi (4-star Havoc)
• Yuanwu (4-star Electro)

Zani is a new Spectro unit that excels as a main damage dealer. She relies on the Spectro Frazzle effect to deal most of her damage, so her team options are pretty limited.

Listed below are the weapons that will get a drop rate boost during the first half:

• Blazing Justice (5-star Gauntlets)
• Dauntless Evernight (4-star Broadblade)
• Hollow Mirage (4-star Gauntlets)
• Overture (4-star Sword)

In addition to the regular banners, version 2.3 will release a new anniversary banner featuring the following characters and weapons:

• Jiyan (5-star Aero)
• Yinlin (5-star Electro)
• Zhezhi (5-star Glacio)
• Xiangli Yao (5-star Electro)
• Phoebe (5-star Spectro)
• Verdant Summit (5-star Broadblade)
• Stringmaster (5-star Rectifier)
• Rime-Draped Sprouts (5-star Rectifier)
• Verity’s Handle (5-star Gauntlets)
• Luminous Hymn (5-star Rectifier)

You can select only one character and weapon on the banner before pulling for them. Fortunately, you can also reset your choice, so it is a great chance to obtain a character you may have missed before.

Phase II

The second phase banners in Wuwa 2.3 will feature the following characters:

• Ciaccona (5-star Aero)
• Danjin (4-star Sword)
• Mortefi (4-star Pistols)
• Yangyang (4-star Sword)

Ciaccona is the first 5-star Aero unit since Jiyan and will be available in the second half. She is a sub-DPS and a support unit that can deal off-field damage and boost the party’s Aero unit while applying the Aero Erosion effect.

Next, the weapon banners in this half will have the following:

• Woodland Aria (5-star Pistols)
• Relativistic Jet (4-star Pistols)
• Undying Flame (4-star Pistols)
• Variation (4-star Rectifier)

Similar to the first phase, there will be a second phase anniversary banner as well that will feature the following characters and weapons:

• Jinhsi (5-star Spectro)
• Changli (5-star Fusion)
• Carlotta (5-star Glacio)
• Roccia (5-star Havoc)
• Brant (5-star Fusion)
• Ages of Harvest (5-star Broadblade)
• Blazing Brilliance (5-star Sword)
• The Last Dance (5-star Pistols)
• Tragicomedy (5-star Gauntlets)
• Unflickering Valor (5-star Sword)
