Verdansk is full of secrets, from locked rooms to a wide range of hidden Easter Eggs. However, unexpectedly, a variety of additional secret areas have also opened up following the Season 3 Reloaded update, like the Verdansk bunkers. With the opening of the bunkers also comes an old Easter Egg, one that allows players to unlock the Airport Subway. Here is a guide to completing the Subway Easter Egg on Warzone’s Verdansk.

Step 1: How To Activate The Subway Station Easter Egg In Verdansk

The Subway Station Easter Egg is a classic secret featured in the original version of Verdansk, and while there are some differences this time around, the method of activating it remains largely the same. To begin this Easter Egg, players will need to head over to the Town Hall located near the center of the Downtown point of interest on Verdansk.

Once inside, players should enter through the main entrance and make their way to the reception desk. On the far left side, they’ll find a keypad. The code to input here is 2179, the same four-digit code used in the original version of the Easter Egg. Upon entering the code, all entrances to the Town Hall will be locked, and players will be given a short timeframe to complete the next step.

Step 2: How To Decipher The Code To Unlock The Subway Station

Upon entering the code into the keypad, players will then need to head over to the computer terminal on the right side of the reception desk. Here, if players interact with the terminal, a series of four images will be displayed, followed by a form of addition, subtraction, or an X. Afterward, players will be prompted to input a code into the terminal.

The images displayed are actually portions of paintings found within each room of the Town Hall, each of which has a plaque underneath featuring a Roman numeral. Players must take note of the images they are shown, along with the symbol (addition, subtraction, or X) displayed immediately after each one. From there, find the painting that each image corresponds to and then take note of the Roman numeral beneath it.

To figure out the code, players must take the Roman numeral of each painting shown at the terminal and apply the corresponding addition or subtraction to the number displayed beneath. If an X is shown immediately after an image, then the Roman numeral on the plaque remains unchanged and will be used as-is as one of the digits in the code. In our case, the first image shown was a house, followed by an X. Under the house painting was the Roman numeral V. Therefore, our first digit was 5.

Once the code is deciphered, input it into the terminal. However, players must be quick. One minute after activating the Easter Egg, the room will begin to fill with gas, which will slowly eliminate the player if they fail to decipher and input the code in time. While players can extend their time using Stims and a Gas Mask, speed is highly advised.

All images shown in the sequence are portions of the paintings, and players can receive any of the following: a horse, a house, trees, fruit, a river, an owl’s eye, and the summit of a mountain. The only exception is the boat sail image, which corresponds to a plaque that sits below a blank space in one of the hallways.

Step 3: How To Open The Airport Subway Station In Warzone

Now that players have input the correct code, all exits to the Town Hall will be unlocked. From here, players will need to head to the subway station located on the eastern side of the Airport. At the shutter door to the right of the subway station entrance, players can press a red button to unlock it.

Doing so will open up the entire subway station, allowing players to descend and collect various rewards. Scattered around the station are numerous Legendary Supply Crates, cash, and other valuable items. If players enter the train car in the center of the station, they’ll also find a Specialist Pack, which grants access to every single Perk in Warzone—even after being eliminated.
