It also increases her Lakshana DMG without having any requirements. As for Raging Flames’ passive effect, it grants Hathor around 20% extra Skill damage when she casts her Ultimate. Another effect that perfectly matches Hathor’s mechanics, which is not surprising, given that Raging Flames is Hathor’s Signature Arc.
