Lineage Piece Tier List – Weapon, Melee & More [Gilgamesh]

I’ll be rating all specs in Lineage Piece for the best weapons, melee/styles, accessories, races and other features. I’ll also show you how to find and get everything. Here’s my complete Lineage Piece tier list and guide.

Lineage Piece Weapon & Style Tier List

This Lineage Piece tier list is based on both DPS and overall power, utility and usability. The S-Tiers deal the most damage, A-Tiers are great alternatives for farming and B-Tiers are weaker options overall. The C and D-Tiers are mainly starting options that don’t scale well in the end-game. Note that Fruits are decent early but weak overall in the mid-to-late game. I only use Light for mobility. Let’s dive into the individual ranking reasons below where I’ll also show you how to get each spec as well as its Mastery move.

Stat Breakdowns:

• Strength: Buffs Melee/Styles like Gilgamesh, Aizen, etc.
• Weapon: Buffs Weapons like Shadow, Raiden, etc.
• Power: Buffs Fruits like Light, Quake, etc.

Tiers & Progression: Tiers are arranged by power but also loosely for progression meaning you’ll likely progress from using specs at D-Tier>C-Tier>B-Tier etc.

I would go Katana>Gryphon>Light/Quake>Yoru>Deku>Gojo/Sukuna>A/S-Tiers

S-Tier Specs

Shadow Weapon	• Lower DPS than the other S-Tiers but it’s much easier to use with smoother faster animations and better AOE moves Buffed by:  • The Eminence in Shadow title (From Cid boss)  • Eminence Race	FrostBorn Island Shadow NPC at the top of the left mountainside from spawn • Requires you to get Stylish Bandit Slayer first from Cid NPC at Dawnwind Island (Find 2 Crowbars where 1 is in town beneath a tree and one in front of town and then take 5M damage) • You also need to kill 250 Bandits at starting island with it • Then the Shadow NPC at FrostBorn requires drops from the Shadow boss in the Cid’s Castle Raid, accessible by using Cid’s Key  • Cid’s Key drops from Bandits at Dawnwind Island and Snow Bandits at Frostborn Island (Or exchange for it at Monument Isle Tower Exchange NPC at the bottom) • You’ll need to do Cid’s Castle Raid 5 times to be able to buy Shadow Mastery Shadow Mastery NPC at bottom right of FrostBorn spawn • Q1: Do 1.5B Damage with Shadow • Q2: Get Eminence Race • Q3: Get Title from Cid boss • Q4: Kill 75 Bosses • Q5: Clear Cid’s Castle Dungeon 15 Times (Hard / Extreme)
Aizen Melee/Style	• Competes with Raiden for the highest DPS spec in the entire game • Has great AOE damage but also utility with the F damage boost • Arguably the best spec in the game Buffed by:  • The Betrayer title (From Aizen boss)	Hueco Mundo Island Aizen NPC  • Requires drops from the Aizen boss (Aizen Summon NPC – Defeat Hollows to summon)  • Requires True Shinigami Race (Quest form True Shinigami NPC to kill 500 Hollows)  Mastery Aizen Mastery NPC • Q1: Deal 1.5 Billion Damage With Aizen • Q2: Kill 25 Players • Q3: Kill Aizen 15 Times • Q4: The Betrayer Title (From Aizen boss)
Raiden Weapon	• Competes with Aizen for the highest DPS spec in the entire game • Pole-arm is single-target focused and then you switch to sword mode for AOE bursts • Overall Shadow and Aizen are a bit smoother to use since Raiden requires switching modes which is a bit of animation bloat • Still one of the best specs in the game Buffed by:  • God of Eternity Title (From Raiden boss)  • Archon Race	Frostborn Island Raiden Seller NPC Left of spawn • Requires Archon Race • Requires drops from the Raiden boss in her Plane of Euthymia Portal Raid • To enter the Raid, use the Shrine Key dropped from Snow Bandits at FrostBorn (Or exchange for it at Monument Isle Tower Exchange NPC at the bottom) Mastery Raiden Mastery NPC at the back of FrostBorn Island • Q1: God of Eternity [Title] from Raiden boss • Q2: Archon (Race) • Q3: Deal 1B Damage with Raiden Weapon • Q4: Clear Plane of Euthymia Raid 15 times

A-Tier Specs

Specs	Ranking Reasons	How to Get
Rimuru Melee/Style	• Rimuru is at the top of A-Tier reaching upwards of 8M damage but lower than S-Tiers • It’s a grind to get it and it’s decently worth it • That said you can also skip it and use Gojo/Sukuna/Tensa to grind S-Tiers Buffed by:  • Demon Lord Title (From Rimuru boss)  • Slime Race (Guide ->)	Fossil Island Rimuru NPC to the right of spawn on the stone “beach” • Requires Slime Race which you can get by using the Slime item dropped from Rimuru boss • Requires both drops from the Rimuru boss and items from the Slime Exchange NPC near spawn Mastery Rimuru Mastery NPC on top of the cliff at the back of Fossil Island • Q1: Get the Demon Lord Title from the Rimuru boss • Q2: Kill any 5000 mobs with anything (AFK Recommended)
Gojo Melee/Style	• Slightly higher DPS than Sukuna but lower than Rimuru • Pick your favorite between Gojo and Sukuna Buffed by: • The Honored One title from Gojo boss	Jujutsu Highschool Gojo NPC • Requires drops from the Gojo boss Mastery Gojo Mastery NPC • Q1: Deal 200M Damage by using Gojo • Q2: Defeat 50 Any Bosses • Q3: Defeat Gojo 25 Times
Sukuna Melee/Style	• Sukuna is lower DPS than Gojo but I find it easier for farming • At the end of the day it’s not much of a difference so pick your favorite and move into Rimuru or higher tiers Buffed by: • Curse King title from Sukuna boss • Curse Race	Jujutsu Highschool Sukuna NPC • Requires drops from the Sukuna boss Mastery Gojo Mastery NPC • Q1: Deal 200M Damage by using Sukuna • Q2: Kill any 500 mobs • Q3: Defeat Sukuna 25 Times
Tensa Zangetsu Weapon	• A decent alternative to Gojo/Sukuna if you want to go for a Sword build mid-to-late game Buffed by: •  • Substitute Shinigami Title from Ichigo (Bankai)	Hueco Mundo Tensa Zangetsu NPC • Get Zangetsu from base Ichigo NPC • Defeat Ichigo (Bankai) 10 times • Buy it using Hollow Mask which is a drop from Ichigo (Bankai) Mastery Tensa Zangetsu Mastery NPC • Get Substitute Shinigami Title from Ichigo (Bankai) • Get Shinigami or True Shinigami Race (True S. from True. S NPC quest to kill 500 Hollows) • Kill 175 Hollows • Kill Ichigo boss 100 times

B-Tier Specs

C-Tier Specs

Verdant Hero Melee/Style	• The best spec to get after Yoru or Light Fruit • Use it to grind higher tiers  Buffed by: • The Ninth Holder Title from Verdant Hero boss	Legend’s Arena Deku NPC • Either exchange for it via the boss exchange • Or buy from Deku NPC using drops from Deku boss • Summon Deku using item from the Boss Summoner
Zangetsu Weapon	• Quite a decent farming tool for higher tiers • You need it if you want Tensa Zangetsu which is one of the better mid-to-late game Weapons/Specs to grind for S-Tiers	Hueco Mundo Ichigo NPC (Base) No special items required
Yoru Weapon	• The best beginner weapon in the game • Better than all fruits • Use it to get Deku or higher tiers	Frostborn Island Dark Blade Seller NPC At the top of the island to the right No special items required

D-Tier Specs

Best Accessories in Lineage Piece

Outfit Accessories are a core part of buffing the damage of your build. There’s two categories with Strength-buffing Outfits for Melee/Style builds and Weapon-buffing outfits for Weapon builds. Here are the best Outfits ranked for each build:

• Top Strength Outfits – Melee/Style Build
  1. Gilgamesh’s Outfit – Drop from Gilgamesh Boss – Summoned at Legend’s Arena (Requires Holy Grail from Gilgamesh Craft NPC exchanged for Golden Dust which is a 2.5% drop from any mob)
  2. Aizen’s Outfit – Drop from Aizen Boss – Hueco Mundo
  3. Rimuru’s Outfit – Drop from Rimuru Boss – Fossil Island

Best Race in Lineage Piece

The best Race in Lineage Piece depends both on your build, whether it’s Melee/Style or Weapon. It also depends on which spec you’re using since Races usually buff a specific Weapon or Melee/Style. Here are the best Races in Lineage Piece:

• Top Melee/Style Races
  1. Demi God: Strong on all Melee builds but especially with Gilgamesh
  2. Aizen: Universally strong regardless of your spec
  3. Slime: A bit weaker than Demi God but strong on all Melee and especially with Rimuru
• Top Weapon Races
  • Archon: Strongest Weapon Race regardless of Spec but also buffs Raiden
  • Eminence: Second-best Weapon Race that also buffs Shadow
  • Player: Third-best Weapon Race that also buffs Player’s Daggers

Best Race Note: All the other races are weaker than the above Top 3 in their category even if you’re using their specific weapons. For example, if you have Sukuna, the Aizen/Demi God Races are still stronger than using the Curse Race which buffs Sukuna.

Beginner Races: In the early/mid-game try to get Shinigami for Weapon builds and Curse for Melee/Style.

Best Traits in Lineage Piece

Your Trait choice should generally focus on more damage over defense since PVP isn’t that much of a factor in Lineage Piece. Here are all Traits in Lineage Piece ranked best to worst:
