The café is a fun place to unlock in Deltarune Chapter 5, and there are plenty of special interactions you can have with other characters. You can unlock the café after completing the Yellow and Blue boss battle, and you’ll also crack a few interactions as part of the story.
But before that, let’s find out what the different interactions are.
All Café Break interactions in Deltarune Chapter 5
The table below has the list of every character interaction you can perform at the café. I have also added brief descriptions about them.

| Aqua and Kris | Kris wears an outfit that looks like a spell after Aqua asks why he can’t cast spells and change his form. |
| Aqua and Green | Aqua tells Green that Seth said that she wants to be more like him once he teaches her the art of fire. He will then provide a block of cheese. |
| Aqua and Blue | Blue goes all poetic after Aqua inquires about love. She then says that she loves to throw things at people (classic Aqua!) |
| Aqua and Yellow | Yellow tells Aqua that knives can never do justice, but guns can. |
| Aqua and Orange | After commenting that Orange looks like a human, Aqua says that his hands are big. Orange clarifies that those are gloves and not his hands. |
| Aqua and Seth | When Aqua asks Seth if he is a boy or a girl, Seth replies that a tactician avoids disclosing unnecessary information. She will then get defensive when Aqua claims whether Seth was trying to hide her lack of knowledge. |
| Blue and Susie | Susie will claim that all she can think of is love. She thinks about Noelle’s heartbeat, but she also feels embarrassed about sharing it. |
| Blue and Orange | There are three interactions that take place between Blue and Orange, but I have yet to unlock the two latter ones. When Orange asks for a famous advice, Blue will ask him to move like a butterfly and sting like a bee. |
| Blue and Green | Blue remarks about Green’s silence and how he still maintains his love for others with his food. After taking the cheese from him, Blue comments that he can feel the murmurs of his heart. Upon being asked to pay the money, Blue asks Yellow to take care of it. This follows a hilarious scene that I won’t spoil (for the fun of it). |

| Green and Orange | Orange is happy that he gets to spend time with Green. He also comments about the pairs of Yellow/Blue and Seth/Aqua. He thanks Green for always having his back when he gets hungry. |
| Orange and Susie | When Susie comforts Orange by saying it’s okay to be different, Orange seeks a clarification. Susie replies that it doesn’t matter since Orange is perfect as he is. |
| Orange and Ralsei | Orange accepts Ralsei’s apology after she called him a mouse. He then hits back by calling Ralsei an ugly rat and continues with the insults. |
| Seth and Blue | Seth remarks about Blue being too emotional and that he needs to stop sugarcoating everyone. Blue hits back by saying that Seth needs to stop being overtly critical about everything. |
| Seth and Green | Seth asks Green to move right and left after taking out the pan. Green, however, will throw it across the room. Aqua then pulls Green’s hair after Orange suggests if that might help. |
| Seth and Ralsei | The duo discuss Flowery being annoying about the information he shares. |
| Seth and Susie | Seth tries to convince Susie to join them to become one of the smartest individuals. She continues on her mission despite Ralsei saying that Berdly likes Susie. |
| Seth and Yellow | Seth asks Yellow to have a ranch if he wants to be a better cowboy. Green will then provide him with two versions of ranch dressing. |
| Seth and Orange | Orange remarks about the sketch’s eyes being big after Seth discusses the ideal body type. He also says that the ears are triangular and remarks about the placements. |
| Yellow and Green | Yellow says that he understands what Green tries to convey from his food. He then uses the soup as a reference. |
| Yellow and Orange | Yellow says that Orange misses a human essence. He then gives him a cowboy hat, which makes Orange happy. |
| Yellow and Blue | Blue appreciates the moments he spends at the castle, but Yellow fails to understand what he means. |
| Yellow and Ralsei | When Ralsei asks him if he has smoked herbs, Yellow claims that it’s an illegal activity. |

How to unlock Café Break interactions in Deltarune Chapter 5
Most of the interactions are unlocked when you progress with the chapter and win over the different flowers. The process also involves defeating the flowers in boss fights. Every boss fight is unique, and you’ll have to strategize accordingly. However, continue defeating them, and you can enjoy the interactions with the NPCs and learn more about their stories.
