How to gain more Villager Hearts in Dave the Diver In the Jungle

Image via MINTROCKET

Every villager in Utara has four hearts for you to gain. As you strengthen your relationship with them, you’ll start filling out a heart.

  • You fill the first heart when you meet an NPC for the first time.
  • NPCs will start visiting Bancho Grill once you have filled the second heart
  • The benefits of filling the third and the final hearts are listed above.

The easiest way to expand your relationship is to give villagers gifts that they like. You can also feed them their favorite recipes to gain their favor. Occasionally, you can also complete quests to gain more favor. This is necessary if you find a locked heart for a specific NPC.

You can also check your progression from the Resident Node menu. You also get to learn what a villager likes and what type of food/gifts they appreciate. Having this knowledge will make it easier for you to increase your relationship with them.
