All Phasmophobia Brownstone High School Restricted Cursed Possession locations

The massive Brownstone High School map for Phasmophobia had some special, smaller versions of it added in the Aug. 25, 2026 update focused on quality-of-life improvements. These Restricted versions of the iconic location shift around the Cursed Possession locations, as the spots where they’re usually found aren’t always available.

Since the spots where these powerful items are found change depending on which map variant you’re working with, you’ll want to learn them all to ensure you’re prepared to hunt them down whenever you desire to do so. To help you with this task, here are all Cursed Possession locations around Brownstone High School Restricted in Phasmophobia.

All Phasmophobia Brownstone High School Restricted Cursed Item locations

The spawn locations of the Cursed Possessions at Brownstone High School Restricted vary depending on which Restricted variant of the map you get. In total, there are four different versions of this map, and three different spawn variants for these items across each one.

Brownstone High School Restricted first floor left and right variant Cursed Item locations in Phasmophobia

For the two versions of Brownstone High School that have access to the front entrance area, the Cursed Object locations are the exact same as the base map. This means you can find all seven of them fairly close together around the lobby.

• Ouija Board: On the back of the pole near the left end of the room.
• Music Box: Sitting on a bench up against the right wall.
• Tarot Cards: On a wooden bench against the left wall.
• Haunted Mirror: On the back of the pole that’s located near the right side of the room.
• Monkey Paw: Sitting on top of a box up against a pole near the right end of the room.
• Voodoo Doll: On a bench up against the back wall.
• Summoning Circle: In the center back area of the room, right in front of the northernmost wall.

Sometimes, you’ll load into Brownstone High School Restricted, and the front door to the map will be blocked off. When this happens, you need to look to the left and the right sides of the building for a lit-up side door. If the door on your left is lit up, then the second floor left variant is active, while a lit door on the right means the second floor right variant is instead active.

For the second floor left variant of Brownstone High School Restricted, you’ll find six of the Cursed Objects sitting around a bench right in front of the stairs on the first floor. The seventh item, which is the Summoning Circle, can be found close to the top of the stairs on the second floor.

• Ouija Board: Sitting on the ground beneath a bench on the first floor, close to the stairs.
• Music Box: Near the right edge of a bench close to the stairs on the first floor.
• Tarot Cards: Next to the Music Box on the bench.
• Haunted Mirror: On the ground to the right of the bench.
• Monkey Paw: Near the left end of the bench.
• Voodoo Doll: Sitting right in the middle of the bench.
• Summoning Circle: On the second floor, drawn on the ground close to the stairs.

In the second floor right version of the Brownstone High School Restricted map, the locations of the Cursed Items are mirrored from the left version, which means six of them can be found on an identical bench over on the right side, and the last one is near the top of the stairs.
