How long does it take to beat Hellraiser: Revival?
Contrary to what many might imagine, given its 69 achievements on Steam, Hellraiser: Revival can be beat in around 10 to 15 hours, even by those not used to first-person survival titles or puzzle solving in general. It might, however, take you a little longer depending on your difficulty choice, with Hellraiser requiring by far the biggest investment due to its lack of autosaving and limited manual saves.
All Hellraiser: Revival difficulties, explained
Available from the get-go, you can pick between four different difficulty settings when starting a new playthrough in Hellraiser: Revival. You can check out an overview of all of them below. No achievements/trophies require completing the game in set difficulties.
- Easy: A story-focused difficulty. Enemies won’t provide a challenge or demand heavy resource management.
- Normal: The game’s balanced difficulty. Ideal for newcomers.
- Hard: Features harder enemies, limited save locations, and disables autosaves entirely. Perfect for those looking for a fair but steep challenge.
- Hellraiser: Features merciless enemies, a higher number of hostiles, and lower resources. Saving is locked behind the use of Save Tokens. Cannot be changed once a playthrough starts.

Does Hellraiser: Revival have multiple endings?
Yes, you can unlock a total of two endings in Hellraiser: Revival by either accepting or denying the Cenobites’ offer at the end of the campaign.
