Fortnite Leak Reveals Next Mini-Season and Start Date

New leaks from Fortnite are teasing the theming for the next mini-season coming after the conclusion of Season 6, bringing a fan-favorite TV series to the battle royale. As the beloved shooter nears the end of its ongoing Season 6, Fortnite has given fans lots of fun crossovers throughout the course of the season. The most recent Chapter 4 has brought everything from Power Rangers to The Gorillaz throughout the course of the season, with the upcoming Fortnitemares event to add even more. Now, the game’s next mini-season and a big crossover are being teased.

Chapter 6 Season 4 is quickly moving towards an exciting conclusion with the game’s big Halloween event set to launch later this week. Recent leaks have teased a plethora of new collaborations set to arrive to the game throughout the event, including Scooby-Doo, K-Pop Demon Hunters, and Jason Voorhees among others. The K-Pop Demon Hunters collab, in particular, is expected to be much more than just new skins, with a new LTM planned for the event and plenty of different cosmetics. A new leak is now teasing a beloved cartoon coming to the game.

A recent update shared by prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX is revealing the main theme for the game’s next mini-season. According to the post, Fortnite‘s next mini-season will feature The Simpsons as its main crossover, likely including at least one new skin based on Homer Simpson. The new season will also reportedly come with a brand-new map for its duration, based on the city of Springfield from the series. HYPEX also reveals the expected release date for the Simpsons mini-season, with the season set to launch on November 1 with the end of Chapter 6 Season 4.

Fortnite Teases The Simpsons Mini-Season

Fortnite‘s Simpsons-themed mini-season would be far from the first time that the battle royale has featured a crossover with a popular Fox animated series. Family Guy started the wave of animated series being added to the game as skins, with the comical “buff Peter Griffin” skin added to the game in late 2023. Fortnite has since featured several other crossovers from Fox’s “Animation Domination” block, with Bob’s Burgers and more Family Guy characters joining the battle royale.

Fortnite fans should have lots to look forward to throughout the conclusion of Chapter 6 Season 4, with the launch of Fortnitemares. Rumors have heavily suggested that this year’s Fortnitemares event will be significantly bigger than last year’s event, with more than twenty skins planned for the event. Fortnite also recently rolled out some big crossovers to close out the month of September, with new Sonic the Hedgehog and Daft Punk collaborations. The conclusion of Fortnite‘s Chapter 6 Season 4 should be an exciting time with a plethora of exciting events coming soon.
