You can use a number of different console commands on your singleplayer save.

god Enables God Mode.
heal Heal your current max health.
puke Resets health and stamina by emptying food.
tame Tames all creatures around you.
ghost All enemies will ignore you.
killall Kills all nearby enemies.
raiseskill Increases the named skill by entered value.

hair Removes character’s hair.

model 0 Pivots to masculine body type.
