How to Unlock the Modular Streets Festival Insects

To begin catching the new Brick Damselflies, you first need to unlock the Modular Streets event by completing Azure’s introductory event task. Once the festival is activated, the full event interface opens up, including weekly missions, Brick Ticket rewards, and the special insect-catching activities tied to the event.

Each Brick Damselfly color spawns in a separate area of the map, so completing the full collection requires visiting multiple festival locations throughout Heartopia.

The Modular Streets insects are much easier to farm compared to many older seasonal bugs because they are not tied to specific weather patterns or time windows. Every Brick Damselfly can appear during any weather and at any time of day, letting players grind the collection whenever they want.

The Colorful Brick Large Red Damselfly is considered the rarest insect of the season because it only spawns during the Special Brick Insect Event. To access this event, players need Brick Tickets.

Brick Tickets are earned by participating in Brick-related festival activities. You can get them while catching Modular Streets Fish, catching regular Brick Damselflies, or completing event quests from the Modular Streets menu.

Once you have enough tickets, speak to Naniwa to start the Special Brick Insect Event. The event costs 20 Brick Tickets each time you activate it.
