All Phasmophobia 13 Willow Street rework Cursed Possession locations

13 Willow Street, Phasmophobia’s smallest map, received a pretty substantial map rework on July 21, 2026. Although the overall layout of this iconic location remains mostly the same, the locations of all available Cursed Possessions have shifted around quite a bit.

Cursed Items are quite deadly, but also immensely powerful when used right, so it’s a good idea to know where to check for them around each map location just in case a situation unfolds where you wish to use one. It can be quite tough to find them on your own, so here are all Cursed Possession locations around the 13 Willow Street rework in Phasmophobia.

All Phasmophobia 13 Willow Street Cursed Item locations

In total, there are seven Cursed Possessions that can spawn around 13 Willow Street in Phasmophobia. For most contracts, though, you’ll only find one of the seven present around the location. The best way to figure out which one is present, though, is by checking all available spots, so here’s where to find all Cursed Items around 13 Willow Street.

• Main floor
  • Music Box: On a bookshelf in the living room.
  • Summoning Circle: Drawn on the ground in the dining room/kitchen.
  • Haunted Mirror: Hanging over a table in the gym.
  • Voodoo Doll: Sitting on a cat bed in the bedroom.
  • Monkey Paw: On a shelf in the art room.
• Basement
  • Tarot Cards: Sitting on a table in the bar and game room.
  • Ouija Board: On a cabinet near the laundry room door.

Anytime you participate in a featured weekly challenge mode or make your own custom match, the standard parameters of the trial may be altered. In these types of contracts, you may find more than one Cursed Object present on the map, or none at all. Otherwise, though, there’s only ever one.

13 Willow Street Music Box location

The Music Box can be found sitting on a cluttered shelf in the living room as soon as you enter the house. Upon heading through the front door, walk over to the glass doors that lead into the dining room/kitchen area, then look right to spot a tall bookshelf. Walk over to it and look near the middle of the first section to find the Music Box sitting in its own cubby.

13 Willow Street Summoning Circle location

The Summoning Circle spawns on the ground right in the middle of the entrance to the dining room/kitchen area. As soon as you head through the glass doors that lead from the living room into this area, look down to spot the Summoning Circle.

13 Willow Street Haunted Mirror location

The Haunted Mirror can be found hanging over a small end table in the gym, which was previously a garage prior to the map rework. To locate this item, head into the living room, then through the glass doors to enter the dining/kitchen area.

Make a sharp left as soon as you enter this region to find another door to pass through. Once you’re inside the gym, walk straight past the punching bag on your right and over to the corner. Right on the white table by the archway that leads into the small attached bathroom, you’ll find the Haunted Mirror.

13 Willow Street Voodoo Doll location

The Voodoo Doll can be found sitting on top of a small cat bed inside the only bedroom in the entire house. You can find this bedroom by heading through the door on the left side of the hallway just past the dining/kitchen area.

Once you’re in the bedroom, walk around the right side of the bed. Look behind the white chair in the corner to spot a light blue cat bed tucked away behind it. If the Voodoo Doll is present, you’ll find it sitting here.

13 Willow Street Monkey Paw location

The Monkey Paw is tucked away on a shelf in the art room. This room can be found by heading through the door on the right side of the long hallway just past the dining/kitchen area.

Immediately after entering the room, turn right and walk forward to find lots of shelves in the corner area. Look right to spot the Monkey Paw sitting alone in a cubby between some books and a box.

13 Willow Street Ouija Board location

The Ouija Board is sitting on a small table close to the laundry room entrance down in the basement. To find the entrance to this area, go through the living room, into the dining/kitchen area, and proceed into the hallway right behind it.

Once you’re in the hallway, look left to find a door that leads down to the basement. Head down the stairs, and as soon as you reach the bottom, look right to check for the Ouija Board. It’ll be sitting on a small table right under a bright yellow football picture here.

13 Willow Street Tarot Cards location

The Tarot Cards can be found on a card table down in the game room located in the basement. To start, head over to the hallway behind the dining/kitchen area. Before you reach the end of it, turn left to find the door that leads downstairs.

Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs, turn left, then left again to enter the bar and game room. Walk around the left side of the pool table in the middle of the room, then go right toward the poster that says “Never back down.” Look down at the table right beneath it to find the deck of Tarot Cards sitting near the middle.
