Getting through all 13 shifts and earning enough money for your pet’s surgery is already a challenge. But there are also 10 achievements in Shift at Midnight to collect if you want to complete everything the game has to offer. Some are linked to the different endings, while others require you to deal with the monsters you encounter during your shifts. Here’s how to unlock every achievement in Shift at Midnight.
The last three achievements are ending-related, so only read on if you’re fine with spoilers.

Kill any customer inside your store. It can be a human or a doppelganger. |

Survive your first hunt |
Let a doppelganger complete its purchase and leave. It will return as a monster at the end of the shift. Surviving that encounter will unlock the achievement. |

Freed |
Kill a Demented |
The Demented won’t move and can’t be harmed while you are looking at it. Look away and use a Bear Trap to kill it. |

Silenced |
Kill a Shrieking Doll |
Shrieking Dolls can appear alongside entities when they attack your shop. You can kill one using your gun to get the Silenced achievement. |

Last Performance |
Kill a Marionette |
Let the Jack-in-the-Box play its music three times. The Marionette will then appear, and you can kill it to unlock the achievement. Keep in mind that it only appears from Shift 9 onward. |

Relentless |
Finish a Hunt in 30 seconds |
Let a doppelganger leave after completing its purchase. Then kill it within 30 seconds when it returns as a monster. Since you know a hunt is coming, use the time beforehand to get your weapons and traps ready. |

Purchase all Melee Weapons and Fill out the Weapons Arsenal |
Buy every weapon that becomes available to you. This includes both melee and ranged weapons. |

True Ending |
Keep both your Pet and Clyde alive |
Make sure you have over $250 to pay for your pet’s surgery yourself and don’t call Clyde for help. |

Grave Decision |
Let Clyde die in exchange for your Pet’s life |
For Grave Decision, you need to choose your pet over Clyde. Reach the end of the 12th shift without enough money to pay for the surgery, then call Clyde. He will cover the surgery cost, but the Dentist will later kill Clyde. |

Empty Home |
Let your Pet die in exchange for Clyde’s life |
You still need to fall short of the money needed for your pet’s surgery, but this time, don’t call Clyde for help. Clyde survives, but your pet dies because you couldn’t pay for the treatment. |
You can earn all 10 Shift at Midnight achievements while playing solo.
