Throughout Dragon Ball, several of the most iconic transformations in anime history belong to the main characters of the series, the Saiyans. From Super Saiyan to Ultra Instinct, some of the biggest moments in the series have come by way of the incredible transformations that the Saiyans have undergone.
Naturally, the Saiyans of Dragon Ball are some of the most powerful characters in the entirety of the anime industry because of their many powerful forms. However, many of the strongest beings in the multiverse are non-Saiyans who have undergone incredible power-ups of their own.

God Of Destruction Toppo Had A Destroyer’s Power
Arc: Universe Survival Arc
As the one to take up the mantle of Universe 11’s God of Destruction following Belmod’s retirement, Toppo’s strength was absolute when he unlocked his Destroyer Form. In his Destroyer Form, Toppo gained access to the legendary Energy of Destruction and Hakai ability of the Destroyers, which is capable of erasing anything it touches from existence.
Toppo used this masterfully against powerful Ki blasts and structures, reducing them to nothing, and in this form, Toppo even made short work of Golden Frieza.

Merged Zamasu Became Immensely Powerful
Arc: Goku Black Arc
Zamasu was the mastermind behind the events of the Goku Black arc. Although one of the versions of himself did, in fact, take over a Saiyan’s body and underwent what is technically considered a Saiyan transformation, the strongest version of the villain was when both aspects of him fused into Merged Zamasu.
Merged Zamasu was a villain whose strength was legendary, to the point where even Super Saiyan Blue Vegito was unable to definitively beat him. His immortality and unparalleled durability make him one of the series’ most powerful antagonists.

Jiren’s Ultimate Burning Warrior Outlasted Mastered Ultra Instinct

In his full powered state, Jiren became one of the most powerful antagonists in the entire series. Even in his regular state, Jiren’s strength was so great that most weren’t even able to touch him for most of the Tournament of Power.

Ultra Instinct Moro Was A Terrifying Warrior
Arc: Galactic Prisoner Patrol Saga
In his first appearance, Moro was called an impossibly powerful villain whose infamy had grown due to his ability to strip entire planets of their energy and life force to bolster his own.
At the end of the Galactic Prisoner Patrol arc, Moro used this ability to absorb Merus, which made him even stronger and also gave him the ability to use Mastered Ultra Instinct. Although this would cause his body to mutate and his mind to break, Ultra Instinct Moro’s power was far above most villains in the series.

Black Frieza Is The Multiverse’s Strongest Mortal
Arc: Granolah the Survivor Arc
The end of the Granolah arc proved to be a shocking one since none had expected Frieza to make his long-awaited return to the series in it. When he did, he did so in a brand-new state that was so strong that it killed Full Powered Gas and even knocked Goku and Vegeta out of their ultimate forms with a single strike, proving that Black Frieza was now at a level closer to the Gods of Destruction than the heroes. Although this form was only seen very briefly, it’s safe to call Frieza the strongest mortal in the multiverse because of it.
