Forza Horizon 6 includes some exciting new customization options that will even let you quickly tune cars in major ways. With Upgrade Presets, you can combine wide bodykits and visual parts (like rims) to match the overall style, along with various performance upgrades in just one click.
These upgrades can vary in both pricing and performance boosts, and at times, they have the potential of even being capable of pushing a car two extra classes above its default stats (for instance, from an A Class to S2), which is why we’ll explain more below!
Forza Horizon 6: Best Early-Game Fast Cars To Unlock First
With over 550 cars available at launch, which rides are the fastest for their money to get first? Letโs find out.
Forza Horizon 6 Upgrade Presets and Bodykits, Explained
At launch, almost 600 cars are available in the game, and each can be customized extensively, especially when it comes to performance and handling.
However, only a relatively small portion of them offer substantial visual customization parts (aside from rims, which are available for any car). These include extra spoilers, hoods, bumpers, skirts, or even full branded widebody kits.
As of today, there are around 100 widebody kits in total in Forza Horizon 6, with some rare cars including more than one to choose from.
Some cars with bodykits may not have Upgrade Preset options available to them, which can be confusing when looking for the next car you might want to transform.
As a result, some highly customizable vehicles in FH6, such as Mazda MX-5 Miata RF 2005, Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray 2024, and the iconic Mazda RX-7 Type R 1992, arenโt shown in the Autoshow when filtering through the โBodykit & Presets Availableโ parameter.
Cheap everyday cars, especially those from the 1990-2000s era, are the best choices for extensive visual and performance customization, with brands like Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Toyota offering the most visual options in Forza Horizon 6.
If you’re looking for some of the best cars primarily for visual tuning, we’ve listed some of the most flexible options available so far, with a focus on the wildest visual transformations currently available in Forza Horizon 6 that Japanese car culture lovers definitely won’t want to miss:
