How to Find the Secret Shops in REPO

Basement

Near the freezer section with cracked glass panels

Part of the flooring in the basement is fake. Walking over it causes the tile to collapse, dropping you into a hidden basement beneath the Service Station.

This underground area stands out because it contains unsettling environmental details, including dormant semibots hidden throughout the room. Compared to the other secret shops, the basement feels much more connected to the game’s lore and horror atmosphere.

Manager’s Office

The manager’s office is one of the newer secret shop variants added with the update. If your station layout includes stairs leading upward, head upstairs immediately. At the top, you will find a locked office door with a keycard slot beside it.

The keycard needed to unlock the office can spawn in multiple places around the station. It is usually small and white.

Common spawn locations include beside potted plants, behind the cash register, on storage boxes, or near shelves. Once you pick up the card, return upstairs and unlock the office door.

Inside, you will find the standard secret shop items along with environmental details that make the room feel like a hidden employee office.

Bathroom Crawlspace

Above the first toilet cubicle

The bathroom crawlspace is easily the strangest secret entrance in REPO. Enter the first bathroom stall and flush the toilet while standing close to it. Instead of behaving normally, the toilet launches your character upward into a crawlspace hidden above the cubicle.

Cracked Wall Entrance

Behind diner counters or storage walls

Some Service Station layouts contain suspicious cracked walls hidden near diner counters or storage sections.

The diner version is the easiest to identify. If your station has bar stools, a food counter, and cash registers, check the walls behind the counter carefully. One section usually contains visible cracks.

Breaking the wall with a grenade or melee weapon reveals the hidden shop behind it.

Garage

Behind a white door opposite the truck area

Unlike the other entrances, there is no hidden interaction or puzzle involved. If your station includes a garage section, you can usually find a plain white door opposite the truck area.

Opening the door leads directly into the garage secret shop.

Ceiling Hatch

Above shelves or storage sections

The original ceiling hatch still exists after the Cosmetics Update, although it no longer appears in every station layout.

This entrance is commonly located above storage shelves, health pack sections, or extended cashier areas.

Look for a smoke detector attached to the ceiling nearby. Interacting with the hatch opens the hidden room above.

Poster & Fridge Entrance

Hidden behind wall posters or fridge doors

Some of the newest hidden entrances are designed to blend directly into the environment.

Certain layouts conceal the secret room behind posters attached to walls, while others hide entrances behind freezer or fridge doors. Make sure to interact with these props during your runs in REPO.
